To import a page from an Adobe InDesign 2.0 document into a Microsoft Office Visio 2003 file, you'll need to follow a couple of steps since these two programs don't natively support direct imports or exports between each other. Here is a general approach:
Export the page from Adobe InDesign as a PDF or an image file (such as JPEG or PNG).
Open the InDesign document.
Go to "File" > "Export."
Choose "Adobe PDF" or the desired image format as the file type.
Export the file.
Import the PDF or image into Microsoft Visio.
Open Microsoft Visio.
Go to "Insert" > "Picture" (if you're inserting an image) or "Insert" > "Object" > "From File" (if you're inserting a PDF).
Select the exported file from InDesign.
This should allow you to incorporate a single page from an InDesign document into a Visio file. Note that Visio 2003 might have limitations with modern file formats, so compatibility could vary.
To import a page from an Adobe InDesign CS3 document to Microsoft Office Visio 2007, you would typically need to export the content from InDesign to a format that Visio can import. Since Visio 2007 supports several file types like EMF, JPEG, PNG, or BMP, you can export the InDesign page as an image file (such as JPEG or PNG) or as a PDF. If exporting as a PDF, you may need a PDF to image conversion step, or directly import the PDF if Visio supports it. Then, you can import that file into Visio. Here’s a general outline of steps you could follow:
In Adobe InDesign, go to "File" > "Export".
Choose a format that Visio recognizes, such as JPEG or PDF.
Save the exported file to your desired location.
Open Microsoft Office Visio 2007.
Import the file by going to "Insert" > "Picture" > "From File" and select the exported file.
Keep in mind that you might lose some editability or certain features, as Visio and InDesign are designed for different types of content creation and editing.

I prepared an organization chart using Visio and one individual report to 3 individuals. How do I show the reporting requirements? I am only able to figure out how to show the reporting requirement to one individual.

The Office Support page provides all the necessary information about organization charts. Access the support page and read the instructions. You will have the possibility to learn the way these organization charts work and how to add various graphic elements to the created charts.
First of all make sure you have inserted the header or footer correctly. You can do this by clicking on the File tab > Print > Print Preview, then Apply footer/header command using the Header & Footer button. You may also want to check if your printer's driver is correctly installed and Visio can detect your printer properly.
The question is asking for the product key for Microsoft Office Visio after downloading it for free. Unfortunately, providing or sharing product keys is illegal and against Microsoft's terms and conditions. It is recommended to purchase a legitimate license if you wish to use Microsoft Office Visio.
I have created an organization chart using Microsoft Visio and the chart is split horizontally between two pages. It seems that it could be shown on one page if I could center the document and adjust the margins. How can I do this?

There are several things that you can do to make the organization chart smaller. You can try to modify the margins of page by going to File > Print Preview. From there you can adjust the margins, choose the paper type, its orientation (landscape or letter) and other settings. Also, try to make the chart smaller by selecting it, and from a corner, when the cursor is changed to two side arrow one, drag the margin. You should be able to match the chart to a single page.

As an Office 365 user, you do not need to pay for Microsoft Visio separately; it is included in certain Office 365 subscriptions.
